Strategy games are powerful because they let players think in systems: politics, resources, geography, conflict, and time. But too often, those worlds still feel static once the player looks closely.

Project Chronicle is exploring a different kind of strategy game, one where the world keeps changing, characters and factions respond with purpose, and player decisions leave a lasting mark
